I am extremelty disappointed, i bought a Defy 4 plate stove from game in Centurion mall branch, and i asked them to deliver to my mother in Durban through game in west street, only to find they delivered a faulty stove. i can not believe they actually did that to a customer who paid cash and does not even owe a cent. the stove was not even in a box, to show it was new. i am Extremely dissappoined and i will never ever buy from game (Defy brand) i trusted you. you have let me down i wanted to spoil my mother. now i want ou to go and pick up that rubbish that you delivered and give me a brand new stove or you give me my money back tomorrow. you should have said you do not have stock if you do not have stock not to me or make a fool of me. is this what you do to your black customers? is it because i was not there to see forself? cant i trust your prouct?

i am disgusted!!!
