Disgusted by Samsung service and dishonesty

Electronics and household app.

Bought a stove and it broke within 3months, in the 2years that it was still under warranty it had to be repaired more than 5 times. Spoke with them and asked if nothing can be done about this issue like replacing the stove and they kept insisting on repairing the stove, even after getting reports that the stove was faulty, now that my stove is out of warranty I was advised it was suppose to be replaced the 3rd time it broke, to my surprise now they say this is the standard procedure and I did ask them if they can't replace it then and they insisted on fixing the stove. Now they want me to pay half the amount for the stove for me to get a new stove which I feel it's disgusting and I feel cheated. They are not loyal to their customer all they want is to make money out of useless appliances.
Was contacted by one of their Customer service agent who promised to investigate the matter and get back to me that was 5 months ago till today I am still waiting. Sitting at home with an oven that doesn't work and yet I paid R6000 for it. I am so disappointed in them to a point that I don't even want to see anything written Samsung next to me.
