Buying appliances at shoprite

We bought a stove at shoprite kwagga fonten on the 15/03/2013, the stove look fine as when you put the on it shows as working all the plates are working but when you put the pot to cook it delays you than other stove we used to use and it is impossible that for cooking simple meal it will take you two hours we have tried it with different pots thought it is because this pots but still the same thing. yesterday my wife went to the store and they refuse to exchage the stove they said as long as the stove show on they dont care about others only if it doesnt on. they dont want understand what delay it makes, it realy disgusting to complain about that the shop look at the fault but looking at the stove can be on only. it show that we shoulnd by any appliance cause no one have a knowledge of appliance regarding faults. we better go directley to appliance stores.
