I Bourght a Pioneer Hi-fi dvd payer from Russels in 2010 with all the extended warrenties and garantee that went with it. The hi-fi went in almost from the start of me purchasing the emplement in the 2and a half years I got it, it went in a total of 7 times always for the same problem the dvd lense is faulty.
Its now taken them nearly a month to sort out the new lense and its taken them almost 2 months to do it with the promise it will be fixed the next day and when I enquire Christopher tells me to wait till the next day.
I would you to find out why the hi-fi is constantly breaking and to get either the thing repaired or replaced ASAP
