Washing machine faulty contacted russels brixton an informed them of this, I was advised that I will have to pay a call out fee to have machine repaired, but I only have the machine for 4 months so which means they (russells) produts does not have a 2year gaurantee after agreeing to pay the call out fee I clearly stated that me an my husband are only available on weekends but no it seems listening is not a skill at russels as they despatched a technician to my house on a monday when nobody is a home, furthermore I clearly read the fine print on the contract which I had signed stating that my bank acc would be debited on the 1st of every month however I seem to receive harrasing calls for payement before the 1st of every month this type of behaviour is totally unacceptable this will be my last making purchases from russells as clearly they don't abide by there own contract in regard to payment an they don't offer gaurantee on products totally an utterly disgusterted in there services!!!
