I have had a Foschini account for about 8 months now. My account is paid up to date with exception to the MArch installment wich is due no later than the 15th of each month. My installment for the month is R700. This morning I received a call from a very incompetant call centre staff member, who very rudely informed me that my monthly installment has just doubled to R1400. How in the world is that possible? Foschini are the biggest known to mankind and I for one have had just about enough of them. My next step is the consumer protector. It is time that someone take a stand against reckless lending and harassment.
