Can't work out installment!

Three months ago i received an account saying my installment was R965, which was incorrect, my installment was R370, i e-mailed the company, they apologised and adjusted the account as they agreed the installment should only be R370, the next month my account read that my installment was R965 (again!) but only R370 was due, i e-mailed again bringing it to their attention, i heard nothing from them, this month my account now reads that my installment is R965 and R965 is due! Again i have e-mailed over 10 times and have still heard nothing. If their account dep can't work out an installment properly nor fix the problem when it comes to their attention what good are they? Congratulations foschini, your officially on par with telkom, and trust me that's not a compliment!
