BEING ABUSED BY FOSCHINI GROUP

Hi,

Well my story goes like this - In December I phoned Foschini Head office in Cape town to make an arrangement as i could not pay the R1800.00 Installment on my 6th month interest free plan, so i asked if they could make my account a 12 month account as i was owing about -R8000.00, the lady on the phone said I could but must not for the next 3 months default and pay less than R790.00. I have been paying R1000.00 since December and have not defaulted or taken any thing on account or payed late, but now it is March and I'm still getting threatening letters which they are charging me R17.10c, plus sms R2.28 and interest charged twice in a month? So my Question is why abuse me when i asked for help and to me as if you are helping me? I will be finished paying in August, less than 12months that i asked for!!!
