I bought a lounge suit early 2011 and my warranty was expiring in April 2012. Went to the store a month before my warranty could expire to complain about my damaged couches. Raymond was to get hold of the suppliers and then come back to me and tell me when they would come fetch my couches for repairs. About 6 months later nothing had happened and so I went back to the store to ask what was taking so long; only to find out he had "forgotten" to put on my request.

Eventually my faulty couches were taken in for repairs only to be told that the colour of the material is no longer in stock. I opted for another colour and was told they would come back to me and fetch the rest of the lounge suit so that they cover everything. It's been over a month now without my couches and the manager keeps telling me she will come to but never does. When I call, nobody picks up the phone and now she tells me that my warranty has expired. Duh, of course it has expired but the claim was does before it expired.

I just want my couches back, I almost resorted into stopping my monthly payment for something I'm not using.
