UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I opened an account at hi-fi corp December 2012, and settled this account in January 2013. It was a struggle though, because they overcharged me and I wouldn't pay more than I should! So I finally got that sorted and settled my account! Two months later I get a sms reading "You have arrears of R90 on your account. Make immediate payment to avoid penalties. call 0860110808 to make urgent arrangements. " Needless to say, I was furious! I phoned the number and they told me that I am actually R290 in arrears! I asked to speak to the manager in this department instead they took my details and said they would phone me back. This morning I phoned again (as the manager did not get back to me) and once again the operator just told me that the managers are all currently unavailable!
