I have Bought 2 Couches from Furniture City on Credit, As soon as I settled the Account at Furniture City i am being treated as a Number and not a Client, My Couches was still on Warranty when i logged a Complaint that the Couches is Damaged, I am Struggling now for almost a Year to get this Couches Repaired, Just Received a Call that the Couches has been Damaged due to Client Negligence because they Found Dog hair on the Couches, Funny thing is my Dogs are not even allowed in the House. Now they Don't want to Repair the Couches. This is Absolute nonsense that i have to Fight and Fight and Fight to get my Couches Repaired. These People that Evaluates the Couches they don't live in my House to see what is going on and how I Live my Life, how can they Judge Me, This is the Worst ever Service i had in my Life, I will not close this complaint until Furniture City Repairs these 2 Couches. The Basic thing is if you buy couches keep them on Credit then you are seen as a Client and if you have any issues surely it will be Fixe ASAP, but if you Settle the Account then you are just a Number. My Warranty has already Expired but at least the Call was logged long before Expiry Date.
