It is with such humiliation that I write this. My sister and I bought our mother a lounge suit from your company, which a few months later the leather started peeling off. That was taken back and we were told it is out of stock and we had to choose another one. We had no choice but to do so, though our hearts were in the 1st lounge suit. Guess what... few months down the line the "new" lounge suit also started peeling of, the wood cracked, the seats started feeling floppy! we brought this to the store's attention and the couches were taken back and brought back to us 2 months later in the same condition, with a promise that they will be taken back in Jan for repairs. Now i am wondering if Morkel's Jan 2013 has not lapsed. Despite the monthly payments we making, your system reflects 1 months arrears on our account, which we don't know from where because my Sister went to your store with her Bank statement to prove all payment and she was told it has been fixed. Clearly that was the quickest way to dismiss her because till today, the arrears reflect on her statement. Now I wonder what about her Credit Bureau Profile. We want new couches, please stop with your atrocious service!!!
