Floor fitting not completely done

Ematuer service rendered, they messed up my floor firstly, and i have to fight them to redo the floor and now they cannot finish the skirting. the fitting and measurement is not done correctly and now material needs to be ordered and takes forever to be delivered, when they got the material now they phone to make appointment which they don't keep and failing in the process to inform me what keeps them away from keetping to their appoint, the head office knows about this and no one is desent to even give me a call.
