Top Carpets - Unprofessional

Firstly they insist that I have to get the floor screeded - which I understand, but then they install the vinyl on top of a floor they didn't sweep which led to bump under the soft vinyl!! This after they don't arrive when they say they will, then arrive the next day without an appointment. One guy is then left with a hammer whilst the supervisor leaves!! When they sealed the floor, they washed it with a dirty mop and sealed the wet, dirty floor and just left it!!! One would think that they've done this before?? PATHETIC service, I will tell everyone I know not to use them.
