Overdue thumbs up!

Some time ago, I bought a Glomail product costing R1 200. It did look like a quality product, but for my needs, it did not come up to advertised expectations.By the time I realised this, it was many months over the one-month return policy. I boxed it up and resigned myself to having made a bad choice. My stupidity at not testing the product thoroughly during the grace period continued to gnaw at me. Eventually, I realised that I had to at least attempt to get my money back. I emailed Glomail. A consultant phoned me the next day. After a short, pleasant conversation, she realised that the product did not suit me and arranged that I be repaid within the week.
A recent very different experience with Homemark (where trying every means of getting a response from them was like trying to raise the dead) turned me into a consumer activist. So now, although I'm late in giving praise where it is due, Glomail gets full marks and many thanks from me.
