NO REFUNDS FROM GLOMAIL, WHAT A

Glomail's money back is a joke, tried to return a back support item, it didn't work, only made back pain worse, was told they don't give cash refund's, only swop for another item in the shop to the same value, they said their customer's are told this when purchasing, yeah, right, only on the slip AFTER you've paid. Money back guarantee is a joke with this company, well, at least i know where not to go. Staff attitude is that of "go away and leave me to my natter or tea break" : ROTTEN SERVICE.
