Package delivered to the wrong person

I placed an order online as non of the Glomail stores had stock, Africom-Glomail employed RAM couriers to deliver my pacakage when I spoke to Glomail I was advised that RAM will call me to arrnage a time and date for delivery I never recieved this call, when I followed up I was told my pacakege which cost me R480.00 was delivered to "Kagiso" on Friday 7 June 2013, who the h#ll is Kagiso? Was Kagiso's name on teh package? I cannot find a Kagiso where I and no one knows what happened to my pacakage THIS IS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK RIGHT NOW!!!
