Dear Elaine
On 20.08.2012 I bought the Insanity programme.
I have been using it until about a week ago, I had to stop due to a knee injury.
I have no problem with Insanity what so ever, but I realized that one of the DVD disks are starting to crack around the hole, which means pretty soon I will not be able to use that disk and I fear the other disks may start to do it as well.
I am not happy that the DVD's are starting to break as I do take care of my goods, I am the only user of it! I have music CD's that are 20years old and still in good condition.
What can you do for me as I paid an expensive price and I would like to have this product for a very long time!
I phoned earlier and spoke with your supervisor / manager who was not willing to assist me. I did not catch his name.
I will be more that satisfied if you could exchange the disk for me, or if one disk is not possible, if you could exchange the pack I have for a new one. I really love this programme it is the quality of the DVD's that is the problem.
I really hope that you will take my complaint seriously and hopefully find a way to assist me.
