Bad service no refunds on selected goods

I would like to say what pathetic service from Glomail, i purchased a micro touch max trimmer. What a poorly made product. It was working fine until one day it stopped working, i even changed the batteries and still would not work. I took it to the store where i bought it and was told no refunds on selected goods i was like how was i supposed to know it was not a selected product. Surely if i knew i would have know the risk of buying it. I insisted on a refund but was turned down, hence me writing the report. I am truly disgusted with the refund policy. I would never buy anything from Glomail and will tell all I know not to support them. I want my refund R150 might seem like a little but it not. Mr palmer very unhappy
