Today my mom and I were shopping at Walmer Park and were standing in the queue to pay. this queue was moving so slow so once we got to the front and to the cashier, we mentioned that it was such a long wait and this is bad for Woolworths. A manager was standing near by and I complained to him saying that it was a long wait and the cashiers were just talking, his response was "its technology" he repeated this 3 times and then just walked off. Then the cashier proceeded to ring up my goods, one of the items was on sale and she rang it up as normal price, i saw this and mentioned it to her. She stared at me for a little while then called the manager who came put in his password and walked off again. Then i paid and the chang was just dropped on the counter and the slip put on top of it, no thank you nothing. I then said to her a thank you would be nice, she just glared at me and then started talking to the next customer. this is the worst service i have had at Woolies ever, really pathetic.
