Galleria Mall KFC - Poor service (Again)

I was at the KFC in Galleria Mall last night, around 19h00. There was a longish queue as a result of it being dinner time and there was only 1 cashier working. Even though four people were behind the counter, there was only one cashier open. We eventually stood in a second line as we saw a lady working on the till, assuming that she would be opening and helping the long queue. She never did open but stood there nonetheless, as we were next in line to be helped. This was unfortunately not the case, as a new customer walked in and was helped before us, as if we did not exist. When asked why we weren't helped, we were told that another cashier would open in 5 minutes and that we had to wait for her.

I asked for the manager who was unable to answer my question as to why only one person was working when there is such a long queue and the other staff were standing around doing nothing. Even the manager was hiding in the back, not helping customers. This is the second time we have had bad service at this KFC, and even after reporting the first bad incident here, nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Other people around us also walked out, as they weren't served on time.
