AWFUL SERVICE!!!

Had to purchase 1 Item from the food section so stood in the "express" queue. Needless to say, my frustration set in when the normal queue was moving much faster than the express one!! Let it be noted that there were ONLY 3 Of us in this express queue: one lady ahead and one behind me. As soon as I was ready to pay for my ONE ITEM, a manager/supervisor appeared at the till point with a customer, he instructed the cashier to proceed with this customer's transaction (at no point did anyone notify the 2 of us waiting of why this gentleman was pushed ahead of us). Eventually i proceeded to the next available cashier only to be informed that this girl is not serving customers from the express queue. Here i am still waiting to be served by your ONLY express cashier, MONDLI .
Eventually i get to the till and the lady behind me and I complain about the ridiculously long wait..only for the matter to be dealt very poorly by Mondli and the supervisor present. After complaining to the supervisor, your cashier Mondli has the audacity to tell me that I''ve now gotten him into trouble.
> If Woolworths cannot afford to have more than 1 Cashier at the express till after 6pm, then close it...
