Joined queue, only 1 cashier avail. NUMEROUS 'will all cashiers please report to the cashiers desk' over loud speak, 1 sauntered through, Stacey. NO idea how to process voucher, asked cashier next 2 her 4 help a few times. Spelt my name at least 8x & STILL wrong, sim cell number. Told me no bags 4 goods then given a blue refuse liner bag 4 goods! Voucher tossed on2 counter as is. Asked 4 envelope & stared @ me, shrugged shoulders & mutter 2 cashier next 2 her. Voucher put on red card that she bends & tears, Not good enough pls call manager. Manager arrived & walked past & made some calls. Stood there ignored me & staff around her while on hold - wasn't talking. I called her. She looked @ me & turned her back. Customer next 2 me was given an envelope 4 her voucher & asked 4 same. Was glared @ then went looking for 1. None avail. Not good enough. EVENTUALLY 1 brought from upstairs, AFTER I was told I could go & get 1 myself if I wanted 1. Your staff r RUDE, UNHELPFUL & DISINTERESTED. It took almost 28 mins 2 sort voucher out. I was SO embarrassed 2 b giving it as a gift - I shudder 2 think of the service my friend will receive when spending it.
