Hoping to get my money refunded this yea

I ordered some items from Squirreldirect late in Dec 2012. In early Jan 2013 I received a mail from Teri stating that one of the items I ordered was badly damaged, and I could choose another item to replace it or get a refund for the item as they were not going to get more stock of this item in future. I decided to not take anything else and asked for a refund. I was informed that the other items I ordered was ready for collection. Upon collection of the other items I was promised by Teri that she has already processed the refund, and that I should get my money in the next week. It's now a month and a half later and I'm still waitng for the money to be refunded. I have sent emails on a weekly basis to enquire about the refund, but I get the same response every time. Please send us your banking details so we can give it to the finance department. I have now decided that I will try to contact the owner directly as I cannot understand why I should wait this long for something as simple as a refund to be done. I have to say that I am very dissapointed with the service received and will surely not order anything from Squirreldirect in future.
