My wife purchased an orbitrek from your store on the 01 05 2010 for which she paid an amount of R2699.00 .She was under the impression that this was a at that price as she was told it came with a lifetime guarantee.

She only used the mechanism for approximately 2 months. The reason being was that she was pregnant and could no longer utilize this exercise equipment as it became a very strenuous task. She was then admitted to hospital to give birth and on the very same day shattered her shoulder and arm from a fall, whilst in care at the hospital. A plate was embedded in her arm to help her move her arm and shoulder and the recuperation period, did not allow for any strenuous activity, so that meant she could no longer use the orbitrek. A few months ago she had to undergo a further surgical procedure and the plate had to be removed as it was displaced. The recuperation once again did not allow for her to use her orbitrek, that meant in this entire period she had only used the orbitrek an hour once every second or third day and for only approximate two months since we had purchased it.
