Broken, second hand machine delivered

I am utterly disgusted! I bought a new Orbitrek from your Springfield branch on Friday which was delivered today. I came home tonight to find an obviously second hand machine with a massive crack and the screen does not work! I paid R8000 for this??? You clearly knew it was second hand yet you delivered it anyway, did you think I would not notice??? What kind of company are you? I can assure you I will NEVER buy anything from you again. I want this machine removed and my money refunded!
