Delays in paying back the custome

My mother bought a lounge suit last year Nov 11, and 8months down the line the couches were peeling off, and she reported this around Jul 12 and was told that they will come collect them to send for repairs as they were recieving many complaints on the same product. They didnt come as promised until around Oct 12 she went back and they finally collected them and promised to return them latest by Dec 12, In the process when they came to collect the couches the team broke the bedroom window of which they also promised to sort but still havent to date. around Jan13 we started enquiring and they didnt know what answer to give until I called the regional manager who tried to help and in the process also insisted on getting the manuf tel number to contact who finally solved the issue by saying my mother should be given her money back as they are finding to expensive to repair they counches. From Jan 13 to date the process of a REFUND was started and the store woulnd do anything to process the refund if we dont call to check on them and everytime we call thres is a problem which results to my mother not getting her monies back. And noone is making an effort to get the problem sorted.
