We purchased a dinning room set on 20 Jan 2013, set was delivered on 26 Jan 2013. 30 minutes after delivery, we called the store to notify Schalk (salesman) that all the chairs were rejects. All chairs had a wobble, some of the legs were even damaged & were not varnished properly. 27 Jan 2013 we took 1 of the chairs back to the store for them to test, and Schalk confirmed that all 8 chairs need to be replaced - he said he will call us to let us know when delivery will be made. 28 Jan 2013 we emailed Schalk asking him that all chairs be properly checked, he ensured us that this will happen. 4 Feb 2013, i emailed for an update, no response. 8 Feb 2013, i emailed again, to Wimpie & Schalk which Schalk replied saying that they are waiting for material. 24 Feb 2013, we went to the store personally to ask them whats happening, Schalk said they are still waiting for material & there are 27 orders also waiting for this, he ensured that he will call us. 5 Mar 2013 i emailed Schalk & Wimpie again asking about the progress, still no response.

How can any business run like this? Can a factory be waiting for material for so long? I WANT AN ASWER TODAY as to when will delivery wil be made!!!
