Pathetic Customer Service

I went to Clicks to get medication for my 4 year old. I waited in the queue for 45 minutes before I could be attended to. What was pathetic about the whole thing is two assistants walked out while the were people waiting to be assisted. I asked for the manager and Mabetji who assisted come said she was the manager. I voiced my concern but felt like she was just trying to dismiss me.
