Very BAD Attitude... Rude un mannered

I am appealing to everyone to stay away from the pharmacy at the new clicks Centurion Mall, that they promote so well. I went on Sunday to get my monthly scrip, gave her the new script, with my clicks card as I always do. She then asked me if it was cash or medical aid. I then thought there is something wrong with my profile asking her then is it not on my profile. Well this was just the fuel on the fire. SHE THEN SAID SHE CAN ASK ME ANYTHING AND I MUST ANSWER!!! I then said you are rude, please can I see your manager, was then informed she is the manager and their is nobody else and the people that can help is on the floor. I asked her for her name, as I am going to report this, she laughed and gave me the wrong name (did not know it at the time). I then took the scrip and my card from the counter and told please you are rude and don't know how to deal with people can you go and call someone else. She then left, I then asked the other lady there what her surname was as she gave me the the of Shirley, the lady looked at me and took me to the board in which I saw her name was Jane Rakomane. I took the name tag as I did not want to get the name wrong.
