CLICKS UNABLE TO DELIVER ON ADVERTISED SPECIAL

We attended to Clicks Randbrug Square on Sunday, 5 January 2013. We noticed that they advertised the Clicks 1kg Nutritional Supplement as follows: "Buy 2 for only R135". We took 2 unit and proceeded to the checkout. The product did not scan correctly and we were advised by Beauty, the manager that it only applies if you take the same flavour. We got another one of the same flavour, which still did not scan correctly. Beauty then changed her story and said it is R135 each if you take 2. This is not what was advertised.
Beauty was extremely rude and not willing to assist at all. Clicks needs to better train their people in manager positions to deal with matters more effectively.
