I'm writing to inform you that I and my son (J.H. Potgieter) had a horrible experience at your Edgars Branch at Verwoerdburg City. This poor service on your part has caused me immense problems, and I felt like an holding the line up for other customers to pay.

I hope you have heard about the concept of MVC (Most Valuable Customer), which means the customer that you already have (i.e. me). Normally, these are the customers you don't want to lose. After all, research has revealed that it will cost you seven times as much to find a new customer as it does to keep an existing one (i.e. me).

My Son (J.H. Potgieter) and myself has spent two hrs. in the Centurion Branch (Verwoerdburg City) trying to resolve the issue regarding the terms and conditions that you only have to be a Thank U card holder to qualify for the discount on the 1 and 2 March

To fix this situation or let me say, to qualify for this promotion, we were told to become Club card holders that cost as each R 32. 00. I would like to know if Edgars is still interested in doing business with me, or should I go about seeking new company that is not drawing clients to store with the wrong impressions on a sale.
