On the 8th March I have lauch a complaint with Edgars - They did respond and made promises that they will investigate...

Part of complain... I'm writing to inform you that I and my son (J.H. Potgieter) had a horrible experience at your Edgars Branch at Verwoerdburg City. This poor service on your part has caused me immense problems, and I felt like an holding the line up for other customers to pay...

I am still waiting. Anybody alive on that side or is this part of the new South Africa???
