No Delivery, but they do take your money

Two weeks ago I have open a claim that can be life threatening. Two different guys was on site to inspect the damages. According to my knowledge, it seems that this is symptoms of a serious "sinkhole" or a "landslide"
A SMS was received from Elrick September (Virgin) to contact him directly for any quires related to this claim (011 710 0513). On the 2nd July I phoned Elrick, and was informed that another person is assigned to this. I have ask him to escalate this and ask the new person to phone me. Since then no feedback was received from Virgin. I have made numerous calls with my cell phone to Virgin and was transfer from the one department to the other, with no feedback.
On the 5th July an official complaint was logged on the Web site of Virgin -reference number 1110237151 - No feedback as well
I hope you have heard about the concept of MVC (Most Valuable Customer), which means the customer that you already have (i.e. me). Normally, these are the customers you don't want to lose. After all, research has revealed that it will cost you seven times as much to find a new customer as it does to keep an existing one (i.e. me).
