I had a very bad experience (7 July) at your Hyper store in Centurion. After making payment, I looked at the slip and saw that one item was charged twice. I went to customer care, and it took them 20 minutes to credit me for this item.
After this (when still in the store) I looked though this slip to cross check if any other errors were made. Another item was charged twice, so I had to follow the same process.

I told the manager, that I am really disappointed, and nothing extra was done from Pick a Pay to ensure me that this will not happen again. Not even 1 cent was paid extra for my inconvenience.
I have shopped at Pick a Pay for the last 15 years, but after this, and the way I was treated, I will hesitate going back to Pick a Pay.
I hope you have heard about the concept of MVC (Most Valuable Customer), which means the customer that you already have (i.e. me). Normally, these are the customers you don't want to lose. After all, research has revealed that it will cost you seven times as much to find a new customer as it does to keep an existing one (i.e. me).
