Monday Special - Poo

Let me be honest. I am 52 years old, and has eat fish especially Hake many times. This was my worst experience ever. We were two couples. Had starters and couple of drinks and ordered 4 of the Hake specials. 2 x 200 grams and 2 x 280 grams with dough. (Mondays)

Well the dough was about 70% of the weight and to top this off. I have never seen a Hake that looks like this.
Really disappointed.

I do not think you have heard about the concept of MVC (Most Valuable Customer), which means the customer that you already have (i.e. me). Normally, these are the customers you don't want to lose. After all, research has revealed that it will cost you seven times as much to find a new customer as it does to keep an existing one (i.e. me).
