Oraginising Saturdays Shifts while we are waiting

Mr price must practice Customer Service before treating us like nothing and making Booking staff for Saturday rooster important... there was only 3 operating cashiers on a Month end Friday, we stood on a queue for almost 15 minutes to be helped, while i think it was the Supervisor (a short Colored lady) busy shouting and worried about who will be working tommorrow on Saturday busy laughing with The Manager i think (a white guy) #im sori to describe them like that i did nt see their name tags# instead of calling the Cashiers infront to come and assist...

after a while waiting and i was infront, the Manager came and call the Cashiers, maybe he felt sorry for us standing after Chatting with his Colleague about the Saturday Rooster infront of us.

i did not feel important at all, i think they must change their attitude towards us "customers" we are the reason why their doors are open in the first place. we are aware they are working hard and standing but they must not make us suffer for that.
