I ordered an item of clothing online last week and was unfortunately sent the incorrect size. After sending a mail to find out where I could have it exchanged for the correct size, a lady by the name of Nicole Richards contacted me to assist with the matter. She was friendly and extremely helpful, she got my nearest Mr Price store to keep the item of clothing aside for me to pick up (just two days later!). This is what customer service should be like.
