Cashiers have no manners!

I went to the Cna in River Square today, and waited patiently in the queue where only one cashier (Makgatlha) was working. After 10 min I was still waiting and then she and a colleague discussed with the client directions. I got very frustrated and asked her politely if there is any other cashiers to help? She rudely replied that her managers office is at the back and ignored me further.after walking away to look for the manager, the other cashier helped the client behind me. She then called me rudely "next" and I asked her what her name was. She immediatly started screaming at me and embarressing me infront of other clients. I asked her then to keep quiet and asked her for a bag. She then answered back rudely that they don't have. I then said to her that she also doesn't have manners. I will rather return my items I bought there tomorrow and will never again buy anything at the Edcon group.
