Im am a little confused by the terms on your receipts and what your staff says.
I purchased 3 cd form their store in December 2012 and I of the cd's was faulty and I asked a friend to return it on my behalf around January 2013 and she came back with the same faulty cd and told me a guy from Musica said the Chantey Savage cd is out of stock and he will contact either my self or my friend and she left both are details at the store to date we haven't been contacted, yesterday I went to the store to ask for an exchange and the shift manager on duty Cherine Grove was called to assist me she came and told me that she could see scratches on the cd using their office equipment and she will not assist me as their company policy states that cds are returned within 14 working days and I asked her simple question why does their till slip say '' Only defective CD's, DVD's and games with a Manufacturing fault, a valid till slip and presented within 6 months of date of purchase will be replaced with the same item or refunded.'' She couldn't answer me and she offered to contact her regional manager on site and assured me that I wont get any assistance and I am only wasting my time because t
