4 MONTHS & NO FEEDBACK

About 4 months ago I took my empty soda stream cylinder to pick n pay Benmore to exchange it for a full one at a reduced rate as is the policy. When I got home I realised that the cylinder was either faulty or empty as it wasn't working. I returned to the store and spoke to Raymond the manager on duty. He was not interested in my complaint as he said I did not have a slip. I do not need a slip to exchange a faulty product, yet I proceeded to negotiate with Raymond. I asked that he do a stock count & get back to me because after a stock count he wld surely realise that there is stock over on the full cylinders. I have been waiting for him to get back to me for 4 months now. when I went to the store last week, I was told he has subsequently transferred to another branch. I find this "service" disgusting & to be honest the general attitude of the staff at Benmore is severely lacking
