3 day for pick up? Really?

I bought an item from the above mentioned and did not like it. I requested a return a day after delivery which went ok because I received confirmation that they will pick it up in 3 working days. It has been over a week now and I constantly have to call to find out if they are ever going to pick the item up. All of this at my own cost and time.
