I bought massage gel clearly marked @ R23.99 on the shelf upon paying it Scanned @ 25.99 now sure mistakes can be made but blatant disregard for company policy was shown as there is a big sign in-store which states INSPIRED TO GET IT RIGHT - and mentions if it scans wrong that item is free and the rest of the items purchased will be at a discounted rate this was not upheld
which annoys me mainly because if you do not intend to honor such a policy why advertise it in-store never-mind right in-front of customers at check out this by any standard is highly unacceptable
