Inspired to get it wrong again

Once again pick n pay has fallen short of its promise to customers yet again they have charged more than the shelf price and yet again their management has fallen short of their "inspired to get it right" slogan why don't they just take the sign down? not to mention their failure to resolve my last issue with them of the exact same nature... is it not fair that if you put a sign up stating something you should uphold that? or is it all just smoke and mirrors? how much is pick n pay blatantly ripping its clients off on a daily basis? I mean across 4299 shops lets say they overcharge just one item by R1 a day at each of their branches that's R4299 which in theory that have from their customers but i would assume its a lot worse than that but to be fair ill say an average of 10 items per branch per day that close to R43000 of their customers money and the sad truth is they just couldn't give a they will throw empty promises at you but never deliver BTW this time i got overcharge by R2 and only bought two items, last time it was around R10 just to prove I'm not exaggerating this has happened to me regularly at their stores id hate to know how much i get ripped off
