It has been a month since I reported the poor quality of the Shelley merchandise I purchased. The fabric tore away from the elastic with the first use on each one day after day. Pam was supposed to get back to me with feedback. My concern was that they required me to return the product although it was worn so intimately and also that I would waste all my time getting to a branch only to be told it is against policy to accept returns on under garments. It seems she is unqualified for her job as she could not manage once I became firm. No compensation was offered for my inconvenience either. Just my time and money wasted. This is my second complaint since Pam abandoned my query but no one has contacted me to date.
