So i wanted to buy some chocolate muffins for my husband and i from midrand as i was in the area although i live 100km away. so i buy these muffins marked R11.99 but i was charged R23.99, which my husband noticed today i didnt even look at the slip. further to that last night when i got home my husband wanted to know why the R11.99 sticker was put over the best before date, i said i didnt know i didnt even look. only to now move the sticker and find the muffins expired the day before. we called customer care and they said the store manager would call us, judge called me and said he cant do anything as the lady incharge left at 5pm i must wait for today. i am not complaining now and letting people know as i took a bite of the stale muffin and although one day old it was aweful. im disgusted at the fact that they even selling these expired goods in their store. i definitely will be more wary about all pnp stores from now on, you know they say one bad experience teaches you a lifetime lesson. please becareful and check these dates and your slip from now on people, we are being ripped off by some.
