DEAD COCKROACH IN MUFFINS

I purchased a pack of 6 chocolate muffins for my son and on Tuesday night he was going to have the last one and noticed a dead cockroach on the tray next to the muffin, he was absolutely disgusted that he ended up vomiting. I have taken photos of this and I am absolutely disgusted and will NEVER EVER purchase food stuffs from Game again, this is unacceptable.
