Muffins with unknown substance inside

As per my usual weekend, I always stock up with Woolies goodies, this includes muffins, I always buy the vanilla choc chip muffins, and so I did. A day later I opened the muffins, and had one with my tea, the first bite i took was absolutely fine, the second bite I took, I happened to chew on something really hard, i tried to keep chewing and it got extremely weird, I took the muffin and whatever this substance or item was within the muffic and i spat it out, only to realise that there was a white piece of card board or who knows what??? in my mouth, that was in the muffin that i had bitten in to. I immediately took this to the Canal Walk woolworths, a lady at the food hall assisted me and replaced the muffins, she took my number down and my email address down, this was now 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a thing from Woolworths.
This is absolutely appalling, no apology what so ever, how do I know what the substance that I bit into was or if it was even safe? It was actually disgusting, and as a loyal WW customer I am absolutely appalled at the inexcusable service (I have not received!).
