Flies on muffins and egg shells in muffins

When I was there this morning to buy muffins, I saw the flies on the muffins and the manager was standing next to it and I had to tell her that there were flies on the muffins and only then she got a net to throw over the muffins.then I took two carrot muffins that came fresh out of the oven before my eyes and as I ate the first one, I got egg shells in the muffin.can't believe the standards are so low for a Mugg&Bean
