NO Follow up - Waiting for 3 weeks and 10 days

I am disapointed and Disgusted in the poor service of follow up and Feedback from the Fossil store in Canal walk!!! I took my watch in for repair on Sat the 26th of January and still to date i have heard nothing, I have phoned the store twice and both times have asked for the manager which in both case i spoke to a female sales person and have heard nothing back from her after she promised me she would let me know what is happening. I am so angry right now, I will never purchase from your store again and will make sure everyone I know, know's exactly how poor the service is at the store. This is shocking.
